The item's fingerprint scanner says "we could not find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows hello" I have tried until I am blue in the face to download drivers for it but these will not resurrect said scanner. Perhaps it is not connected inside of the housing of the laptop anymore. That's at least what chatGPT advised. Great quality machine, it ran rocket league at playable framerates for an integrated GPU. It does not get hot like the Intel
