Messages to the seller for help went unanswered to this day. As far as he was concerned - he got his money and a 'delivery' was recorded. Seller should have done something to help, his end. He chose to ignore and do nothing. A complete stranger kindly delivered my item, and a full complaint made to Yodel followed. This seller is hopeless when you need help !!.
