    Unfortunately the helmet advertised as new with tags was in a damaged old box (packaged in another box) and the inner lining had come away from the outer shell, which did not align on one side as though tampered with or dropped (see photos). I had no choice but to immediately ask to return it and obtain a refund. Any confidence in receiving a pristine and completely safe helmet was lost. Prompt refund received, but without any explanation or apology from the company. Disappointing experience.
