No it has rust and needs to be re-machined and looking at his experience in selling and what he sells he knowingly sold this in the condition it was in and deceptive way he took pictures shaded the area of concern. In my estimate it will cost me twice what I paid for the part to make it useable.. Terrible way to do business.
