That is a long time to wait for the thing. Also the cost of mailing was way too high. A small package like that hardly weighs anything. I don't believe it costs $9.99 to mail it. Probably it costs $2.99. It jacked up the price. I t says here it was mailed 7/24 but i don't believe that. It would take maybe 4 days to arrive at the most.
