    The AD's "Contact seller for DETAILS page" SAID FREE SHIPPING to USA. Seller REFUSED to refund me for SHIPPING "and their lack of attention and communication was very costly to me. They ignored me "even though I had paid UNDUE SHIPPING in full" upfront and "REFUNDED ME AGAINST EBAY POLICIES"; Stating to EBAY, I ASKED FOR FULL A REFUND and then "sold the product to another buyer at a much higher price" to the Seller's unjust gain. EBAY did not enforce EBAY'S policies AT ALL. Big surprise.
