Dress is navy blue w/ red roses throughout & trim that is white, red & navy w/ polka dots & other floral patterns. The fabric feels like cotton & there is red ribbon trim around the front waist w/ a bow at the front that has long tails. There is a hole at the inner center back inside the neck line near the tag. There are a few areas at the back hem that have come unstitched & there's fraying at the ends of the ribbon tails. It's possible there are other small holes, stains or snags that were missed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.”
