I agree with you 100%. It comes wrapped in plastic from the manufacturer. In addition, I shipped it in a poly bag to ensure the toilet paper didn't get wet. The poly bags I use are recyclable. Although I can't do anything about the plastic the manufacturer uses, we are currently switching to bio-degradable Greenline™ bags from U-Line. Hopefully we will a positive review the next time you purchase from Stoldit. Have a great weekend! Scott
