When questioned the seller she said it was an error, but did nothing to fix it. She sold me two dresses, both she charged shipping, both not the right brand and then ignored me to fixed it. Have had to open a case with EBay to get this resolved. I made a mistake on the brand of the dress. I paid her back in full and let her keep the dresses!! I had 100% feedback before she left these negatives. Can not please everyone and she is one of those people I sell on eBay to get extra money because I am Rasing my 2 grandchildren because there parents were killed in a car accident. But she did not care!!
