They rack up positive feedback selling small inexpensive things and then move on to more expensive products that they do not ship out. Seller sent an emply package to a random address in my zip-code so that the tracking shows as "delivered", which can make it harder to open an eBay claim. USPS confirmed that the package was sent to the wrong address and was FAR too light to be the product. If you've been scammed, get this information from USPS and initiate an eBay claim or chargeback!
