I wish you texted me first to resolve this rather than immediately leaving negative feedback. The item was packaged and dropped off to my local post office which was bombarded with packages. They hadn’t scanned the package in for two days since drop off. After you left negative feedback and opened a claim with eBay I decided to cancel the order and retrieve the package from the post office. It would have been more appropriate and productive to voice your opinion to USPS rather than eBay.

This is not right.The photos in the listing were of the same envoy. As I mentioned to you in our private messages, it was your fault for ordering the wrong envoy. I made sure to be very specific by including the part number in the title and in the description. You are trying to hustle me out of this sale because you ordered the wrong part and placing the blame on me. This is why eBay closed this case in my favor. The right thing to do would be to remove this inappropriate negative feedback.
