I got a complete & prompt refund, with a promise that if the item turns up, they will contact me. I understand that moving can create unavoidable problems, but I think that is a "them" problem, not a "me" problem. IF it turns up again, THEN I will be considerably more forgiving. Color me UNHAPPY.
