        Seller got packages mixed up and sent the wrong item. Within 24 hours of reaching out, they apologized and advised me to initiate a return. That same day, the return was accepted and the next day I was issued a shipping label (to ship the wrong item back). Upon receiving the item, I was given a full refund. Wish the mix-up didn't happen, but the customer service and communication was top notch!
