Even if the item is pre-owned, it's still in great enough condition. Item was concealed and protected by the packaging. Tracking number kept track of the item's locations as it was getting shipped. Sent pictures that show the measurements and quality of the fabric. However though, they missed to take a picture of one snap missing. Minor problem that can be figured out how to fix but still failed to show something.

I am very sad. I have taken to cleaners, but do not know whether it will be cleanable.
