Born in Ireland in 1864-died in LA in 1937. He painted these paintings in the 1920-30’s Painting was a sideline, had 11 children, well educated, worked at John Crerar Library in Chicago, author & interpreter of Latin & German books. If you locate more of his paintings please contact me! Most works are of western us landscapes… the west coast railroads bought his pictures to use in there ticket offices
