Item was packed decently; inside the toolbox is a tool tray and I would have personally wrapped that in paper as to prevent metal on metal rubbing during shipping. While the Seller did combine the physical shipping, the Seller did not provide any refund of partial shipping, and never even answered or acknowledged my requests.
