Customer didn't know how to load Windows and wanted me to do it for him. With every step we took the issue changed to something else finally claiming no power. Only option was a return and he was angry I won't further troubleshoot. Returned the computer damaged front bezel look like it had been ripped off. Despite the damage the computer was working.
