Asked for refund, seller made non relevant excuse about the time frame & even tried to involve Fedex (item was shipped by USPS). I then asked for a replacement bulb, which the seller said would ship out. Asked for tracking info and seller says eBay refunded me. No refund received and now saying the listing is unavailable. This seller keeps delaying and making excuses.
