Everything is great and I adore the bag, but reached for the key holder strap inside the bag that was somehow attached in the inner side lining and it came out as if torn. I never even pulled on it. I would hate to know that THAT strap was holding my keys!!! Thank goodness I don't use anything like that and so I took it out! It should have been sewn in much more securely!!

The purse arrived in an open box with the tape only stuck on one side along with one corner of the box completely ripped open from top to bottom. I could hardly believe there was a purse inside! So packaging was not so great.
