      Box was shipped fully assembled, braced, and sealed—like all our enclosures. Buyer never messaged us about any problem, just dropped a vague negative review claiming it “won’t handle the subs” and is “coming apart.” If something truly failed, we would’ve fixed or replaced it immediately. Hard to help when nobody reaches out.
