I have none of the free functionalities you get with the v3 (hence paying more than others here selling for £30-40) Also it’s not working! Tado support have said all the configurations are bizzare and cannot seem to fix it. I have decided to leave a review before it’s too late to get my money back as to stop the seller asking to refund as they will just re-list itReply from: suthse- Feedback replied by seller suthse.- Feedback replied by seller suthse.This review is factually incorrect. 1, the buyer claims item was not new it was. 2, the buyer says he has no functionality with the item but then goes on to say that it does not work. It is simply not possible to determine what functionality you do or do not have with and item if it does not work. He has been in contact with the system provider who have told him his connections are incorrect. Finally I offered a full refund. He did not accept that. Instead he left spiteful feedback.
