Suit is made of wool & has decorative pocket flaps at the front, but they aren't actual pockets. On the jacket- There's very faint stains at the right armpit & very faint discoloration along the upper back. There's discoloration at the inside lining at both armpit areas & along the tops of both sleeves & at collar. There's discoloration at the fourth button & a stain near the left pocket flap. The fabric of the third button is coming off & there are two holes at the middle center back. On the skirt- There's a stain at the middle center back & a hole in the center front hem. There's discoloration along the waist & stains along inside or underside of hem at front & back. Possibly other small spots, holes or issues that weren't noticed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.”
