    Had an issue with the controller and messaged the seller but took a long time for them to respond. Was definitely willing to help though but we just settled on a refund. Would recommend just terrible communication.

    You have committed an egregious act of deceit by deliberately sending the wrong controller after an auto-return/refund was accepted on eBay. The fact that you send a wrong product we don't even sell is a clear indication of your dishonesty. You had the opportunity to rectify this situation, but instead, you chose to ignore. After this you have the audacity to complain when it was you who committed the error in the first place. You have already been reported to eBay and are under investigation.
