The item was ordered and paid for on Feb 28 as a "free shipping" option. Free shipping turned out to be regular USPS mail without tracking. Today is March 13 and today's mail still did not include this item. Taking more than two weeks to arrive from the midwest to the Philadelphia area is ridiculous. The seller should have initiated a trace at their local post office to find out where the item is and why it has not yet been delivered. The seller had made no effort to resolve this issue.
