Chances are, it wasn't sold in bad faith; counterfeit DS3 controllers are surprisingly hard to spot, and it's possible that the controller's defect appeared in between the seller's placing the item in its box and the controller's arrival at my house. Just let the customer pay when they can. I paid within 24 hrs. Original listing wouldn't allow me to pay because of the seller's edits so the seller had to create a new listing with pay now.
