    Bad communication, they sent me different -more simple- item what I ordered on same price, they sent me the item (DVR) after when I started the refund process. They didn't answered to my recurring questions. They sent me the item when I bought another one from different company. The product is still listed on eBay - which they cannot deliver. I do not recommend this company as a trading partner to anyone. Additionally box was shabby and the seal was broken.

    First class transaction. Excellent communication from seller. Promptly sent. The LED bulbs could have been packed better rather than in a plastic bag. Some of the ends of the thin cardboard boxes they were in were squashed so lucky there was no damage to the bulbs.
