On a similar note, the cut at the bottom allowing phone to be charged is a nightmare (my usb cord doesn't stick anymore due to the poorly cut cover at the point of charging), so I've to always make an arrangement to make the cord stick to the phone (and keep realigning when it gets disconnected a 1000 times). I'd appreciate a refund of this product or a new piece sent over.
