Generally if the toecaps are tight you need 3/4 arch supports and if there is plenty of room in the toecaps you need these: I bought both types. I don't know how well they work for fallen arches because i don't have that problem, but a relative who does says that arch supports certainly do help: I don't know which type she bought.
