Seller didn't care enough to offset my work to fix his error with any small discount, just wanted me to send it back and waist time for his not properly testing before sending. I advised them to verify the unit was totally charged and that their games were clean. I advised the buyer not to open the unit as it voids the warranty and asked them to return it. No other communication from buyer other than this feedback. The unit was tested and fully functional prior to shipment. Buyer is unaware of the thorough testing that is done and is speculating. The touch part of this unit is actually on the shell, not on the LCD.
