The solid black color matches my other office equipment nicely. Assembly was easy up until I had to line up the screws through the nylon arms into the row of two screws for the back of the chair. I couldn't align one of them but its nothing to fuss about. Only time will tell if it holds up in all aspects but for now, I like my purchase.
