      Salve, siamo desolati per l'accaduto. Siccome si tratta di latte in ferro, se vengono poste l'una di fianco l'altra all'interno di una scatola e quella scatola semplicemente casca a terra o ci viene poggiato un'altro pacco su dal corriere nel punto sbagliato, subisce sollecitazioni che le portano ad assumere un'altra forma. Ad ogni modo questo non compromette l'utilizzo del liquido all'interno, non essendovi alcuna perdita; i flaconi vanno comunque cestinati una volta utilizzati.
