    Exactly as described. Fast shipping. Could use better packaging. They shipped it in the box it comes in, which is cheap thin cardboard. Should have had an extra exterior box. I'm one State away from shipper, and I can't imagine that box traveling cross country. All parts/fittings seem to be of decent quality, "For Chinese made", and it holds good enough pressure to bleed the brakes. Cheap alternative to MityVac.
