    Guitar body was pretty much as expected - proper, shaped maple top and solid mahogany body. The finish was a little rough, the binding could have been better and the neck cutout wasn't quite deep enough. However, for the price paid and by investing a bit of time & effort, I think I can build an excellent guitar using this item. Recommended if you are handy - maybe avoid if not.
