I raised this a the response was that the item was not available, yet I have seen it on sale on another fashion resale site. I was told they would provide a refund, yet 3 days later, no response to messages; no handbag and no refund. I’m starting to wonder whether they are legitimate. I can’t get my money back as they are refusing to cancel the order, yet won’t send me the bag!
