They said that was impeccable in their behaviour and replaced it without question. It’s a lovely bracelet. My wife is delighted with it.  A quick word to eBay, please be sure that the buyer is looking for a refund and not an exchange, they refunded me immediately which might sound excellent, but as the price of the bracelet had gone up from its original offer price, it caused a problem.
