I said no, I wanted to return item for a full refund, and they replied "We will respect your return". When return was processed, they deducted almost half the purchase price because it was returned damaged. No kidding, that's because it was damaged and incomplete when I got it in the first place and is the reason for the return! I got all my money after contacting eBay.
