Although the item wasn't advertised as sealed it was described as new but its the first time I've bought this product which hasn't been sealed therefore I have no way of knowing if it is really new or has been tried. I'll be more careful next time

All my items are BRAND NEW and unused and come from the Manufacturer or supplier in the UK. . This item from L'Occitane does not come foil sealed like the travel size ones. On this full size jar the plastic lid is FACTORY SEALED to the glass jar and there’s a tiny tiny crack sound when you break the seal. I hope you enjoy using this amazing BRAND NEW product!
