    I received the item described as “new,” but upon opening the box, I discovered that the temperature sensor probe on the burner element was charred and visibly burnt. It was clearly a used or defective part, not a new one as stated in the listing. When I contacted the seller and requested a return, they immediately closed the request, claiming that because I had opened the box, I could not return the item. However, I had no way of knowing the item was in this condition until I opened it.
