Item arrived broke, told seller, kept getting messages asking for pictures of the box, told her box was fine it must of just broke in transit, it happens sometimes, she demanded to see box, told her it was in the bin and it doesn't matter I don't want a refund or replacement as it was only cheap just letting her know, she accused me of breaking it and called me rude. I wouldn't dream of leaving someone a bad review but she's a nightmare. Asked her to stop messaging, will block if carries on

Buyer did not read the listing correctly or they would have picked that it was cracked so low price. Buyer sent a photo. I asked for a photo of the box so I could claim the damages from Royal Mail. Then buyer became sarcastic, bullying and name calling. Did not ask for a refund but opened a dispute immediately. Avoid this buyer they have no manners and are accusatory. Petty name calling is not professional or mature.
