I opted for a refund because the item I had purchased ended up not being in their inventory. Communication was good at first and they said they would refund the order. However, the order ended up saying that it had "shipped" and there wasn't any tracking, which was highly suspicious to me. I messaged the seller about this and never heard back. After a week, I had to have Ebay step in to help me get a refund.
