Although the watch's GPS reception function is working perfectly , it has 2 defects in that the fuel consumption calculator won't rotate and the manual time-setting feature won't work because second hand won't move to 12 o'clock/0 seconds position when crown button is pulled out to Position #2. The manual time-setting defect could have occurred prior to the watch leaving the manufacturer's factory or while owned by the seller or from rough handling during shipment to me by the shipping service.
