I sent 2 batteries that were dead and would no longer charge, steve messaged me within hours to say as soon as he recieved them he would get them reset and sent back. He kept to his word and I received both batteries back within 3 days fully charged !! Dont pay through the nose buying copies from China as I did, just send them here for these guys to reset.
