I needed a specific color yarn to complete my project and even though the order claimed to be Johnny Suit Grey I received Finding David which is totally NOT what I can even try to incorporate into my project.

Thanks for the feedback. I should know better than to sell to zero feedback people that have nothing better than to complain without giving the opportunity to fix the situation. You're just as bad as the critter that can't open a yarn package without messing it up! lol

Buter Beware. I bought 4 cakes of this yarn. The seller stuffed them into a single shipping envelope. Some of the yarn from one cake was folded up in the packaging when the seller closed and thoroughly taped the package. I was very careful to try to cut through only the folded-over flap so as not to cut the yarn, but the yarn was caught up in the flap and consequently a number of strands were cut, making the cake unusable. The seller was uninterested in making her packaging error right.

You're the first one that buys yarn from me in years that has an issue with my packaging. You may want to take lessons on how to open a package that contains yarn so you don't cut it, which is what you did from the message you sent me.
