Great communication and great price. But horrible packaging. The skates came in one piece which I was surprised given the packaging. The packaging made me pretty upset. The skates weren't wrapped inside the make shift box and you could literally put your hand inside the holes and feel that they were skates. So that made me nervous. I think that the amount of time put into getting skates to fit in such a tiny box, it would of been faster and safer to just put them in a box that fit.
