    Both banners arrived with the same exact stains from the shoddy printing. They offered $5 refund for both. I countered $5 for each one and they were too cheap to except. Said they couldn't see the stains in the photos. So I sent the photos again with the obvious stains outlined. Still not good enough for $5 extra bucks. Terrible customer service.
