SOUTHERN CROSS: This classic anime is set in the year 2120 after an apocalyptic war on Earth has driven the human colonists of the planet Gloire to establish new outposts in order to propagate the human race. Unfortunately, these colonists learn that Gloire was itself once inhabited when its native race, the Zor, return. Soon, the colonists find themselves pitting their elite giant robot teams against the fierce Zor in a battle for the desolate planet. The inspiration for ROBOTECH MASTERS, SOUTHERN CROSS is an engrossing and exciting anime classic. GENESIS CLIMBER MOSPEADA: The basis for ROBOTECH: THE NEW GENERATION and a cult hit in Japan, GENESIS CLIMBER MOSPEADA is a 25-episode anime series. It begins in the year 2083, 33 years after a group of hostile aliens known as the Invid took over the Earth. At the time, 2050, a handful of survivors made their way to Mars, where they set up a military base in the hopes of taking a stand against the Invid. In 2080, the children of the original soldiers hatch their own plan for taking back the Earth. Unfortunately, it too fails. However, some of the soldiers who survive the attack find each other and become a tight knit group, deciding to try and take out Reflex Point, the Invid's headquarters.
