The seller did not abide by their shipping and handling policy which states that the package must be in the hands of the carrier within 3 business days. Due to the seller waiting till the last minute to drop the package my purchase was delayed. The seller claims to have dropped it off within the timeframe, but the time stamp from the carrier stated that was not the case. I asked for a partial refund because of this delay but was met with a unwillingness attitude to negotiate a solution.
