    Seller sent me the wrong wig. It was nothing like the photo - different color and cut - I ordered a long wig and it was an asymmetrical Bob. It arrived in a torn Ziploc bag, was tangled and had no tags on it. I was horrified. I immediately put in for a request and was questioned by the seller. The seller then refused to return my full amount once the wig was returned. Case was opened.
