The item has never worked... It could have just been a one off faulty item, so I would have been happy with an exchange. I Contacted seller same day as delivery last week. Item blew power circuit when I plugged it in to get video that sellers insisted on even though they had pictures. Finally 7 days later as a so called resolution Sellers sent email to offer $30 and wanted me to sell item to other eBay members to recover rest of my money, otherwise a refund would b lengthy process. :(
