Other online vendors also advertise the same bag as 13x9x3, but what is actually shipped is 12x7x3. The original Milwaukee drill package which came in the 13x9x3 bag was a drill, 2 batteries, and a charger. Apparently this bag is a later version, only set up for drill, 1 battery (detached), and charger. Why no vendor measures is beyond me. This vendor was willing to accept a return with no problem.
